The Different Ways to Get IT Support

1.     Click on the xpulse icon in the lower right hand corner of your monitor.
2.     Send an email to support@directnetworksinc.com. The ticket will be created automatically using the subject line of your email as the ticket title.
3.     Call our main line at 608-270-9980 and ask for Ann. She’ll be happy to open or discuss a ticket with you.

For emergency service after hours or on the weekends call our main line at 608-270-9980 and press 3.
