•Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activities and responsibilities of the finance and accounting team.  This will include direct responsibility for full charge accounting, forecasting, financial analysis, strategic planning and reporting, job costing, property management, vendor management, financial account management, budgeting and accounting team leadership.  As a part of management, the Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing general accounting, general ledger, billing, financial reporting and month end processing. In this fast paced, dynamic, high growth environment, this position will have the opportunity for future growth positions within the organization.  Qualified applicants should have at least 4 years’ experience, CPA certificate, management  and proven track record in accounting.

•Inside Support Engineer

•Technical Service Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our team as a Technical Service Manager.  This core responsibility of manage a culture of outstanding service delivery by the DNI Service Team.  Our inside and outside engineering teams work with a variety of customers who rely on predictable services that are delivered promptly and efficiently, to keep their organizations operational.  This position is ideal for a highly motivated  IT service manager  who has  excellent organizational skills and a desire to provide the best possible client experience.  The person who will fill this job will be able to keep themselves on task without excessive supervision.

Some of the duties of this position will include:

  • Understand our clients
  • Oversee and escalation of daily service tickets
  • Manage the internal engineer service desk team’s daily activities
  • Function as the customer’s single point-of-contact for problem identification and resolution for issues that have been escalated by the team
  • Improve usage of IT Support resources and increase productivity of the team
  • Communicate with all parties in a constructive manner to guarantee customer expectations are met
  • Provide accurate reports and metrics to company management on the status and budget of team.
  • Contribute to the continuity of support services by providing the necessary technical leadership
  • Drive problem investigations and resolution as required
  • Ensuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that services are delivered successfully through to issue resolution.
  • Design and maintain process documentation for the service desk team
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
  • Ensure consistency of existing systems through creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions
  • Conduct performance evaluations and mentor those with less experience
  • Develop training programs to develop and refine the skills of the service desk team
  • Facilitate regular service desk team meetings .
  • Review service boards to ensure that work is progressing on open service issues.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Work on the continuing development and enhancement of our Managed Service Products.

Requirements:  3 Years hands-on experience with the following: Network Troubleshooting, Microsoft Server, Exchange Server, Linux, VMware, Windows OS, Firewall, Cisco PIX/ASA, Routing/Switching.  3 years management experience.

Desired qualifications:  MCITP with a CCNA & voice experience
