At DNI, we work hard to help our clients have reliable, resilient Networks and Successful Information Technology Systems. DNI's staff is empowered to grow and earn new opportunities. Our staff is encouraged to continue education, take on new challenges and whenever possible, open-positions are promoted from within the organization. With an open door policy, DNI’s ears are always open to suggestions- plenty of today’s policies and procedures were born out of staff brainstorming sessions. As an organization, we are proud to be large enough to support rocketing careers of our staff in advanced IT technologies, yet remain small enough to be a happy, professional yet non-corporate environment. Our high-tech renovated warehouse space serves as our office, which reflects the excitement, and professionalism of the industry we work in.

The members of our company enjoy getting together for different occasions. We attend Badger games in the fall and enjoy Wisconsin to the fullest in the summer by attending an annual Milwaukee Brewers game. We also have the mostly annual Jimmy Buffet Bus Excursion to Alpine Valley, WI which allows everyone to sit back, watch a great sunset and enjoy the music. And Oh yeah, let’s not forget Madison Mallards Baseball or Saturday Nights at the race track cheering on Kyle Jarlsberg in the DirectNetworks Race Car. Spouses and families are always encouraged to attend and each event becomes a mini-reunion of sorts.
